Course Design

Alongside a team of six, led the development of a design document with a needs analysis, virtual self-paced training, in-person instructor-led training slides decks, facilitator and participant guides for a compliance training focused on Covid-19 return to work safety procedures. We developed these samples utilizing the ADDIE framework and Agile workflow. Our team developed these work samples in just four weeks. This elearning module was designed for specificically for Crowley ISD (Crowley/Fort Worth, TX). It was developed in collaboration with the Curriculum and Instruction department for CISD educators to learn about the instructional model used in the district.

Alongside other faculty and the instructional design team at the University of San Diego I have helped developed two courses for graduate level credit for educators. Courses focused on social emotional learning, blended learning
