    Educational Program Development & Leadership

  • Supported the establishment of intermediate and middle level dual language programs for two different school districts, as a teacher, curriculum designer, and district level advisory committee member

  • 1st AmeriCorps VISTA, then Program Coordinator for the Northern Arizona College Resource Center (still running since 2009!)

  • Launched Austin Avanza, an affinity group for educators of color, as part of a education policy fellowship
